SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 days working days. The actual time to deliver depends on the courier company and that may vary from 7- 10 working days.

The above-mentioned timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the order volume and other unavoidable reasons.

We offer free shipping for prepaid order  all over India and cod charges will be extra .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Once an international shipping order is placed, the parcel would be dispatched in 2-3 working days. The actual time to deliver depends on the courier company and that may vary from 10-15  working days. WE SHIP THROUGHT DHL AND JUST EXPRESS SERVIES .

Pls note that all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to will be borne by the customer. Payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURN SHIPPING

In case of genuine verified case of damage, the shipment would be reverse picked by us. If not, the customer can courier us and get the shipping charges reimbursed.

Incomplete Deliveries:

SHRIEES FASSHIONS  is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following cases:

Customer providing the wrong shipping address

Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) – this prevents our logistic partner from being able to clear packages

Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier
